Information about online payment

Date of registration in the commercial register 12/14/2016 under No. 361792.

For online payment by Visa, MasterCard, Belkart bank cards, you need to request an invoice for payment from a reservation department specialist by phone number +375 (17) 3098000, by e-mail, in any other way convenient for you. The invoice issued to you in the form of a link to the payment page can also be sent to you by e-mail, via messenger, or by any other means of electronic communication. To make a payment, you must follow the link received and fill out the payment form with your bank card details. The transaction currency is the Belarusian ruble (BYN). After payment, you will receive a corresponding notification to your e-mail address, and a specialist in the reservation department will receive a notification about the crediting of funds. 

Payments are accepted using the WEBPAY service (www.webpay.by. A secure WEBPAY server establishes an encrypted connection using a secure TLS protocol and confidentially receives from the client the data of his payment card (card number, holder's name, expiration date, and CVC/CVC2 bank card control number). Hotel staff receive only confirmation of the crediting of funds, but not your card details.

After making a payment using a bank card, it is necessary to save the received card checks (payment confirmations) for verification with an extract from the card account (in order to confirm the transactions performed in case of disputes).

In the event of an erroneous payment, a refund mechanism is provided. When paying with a bank payment card, the refund is made to the card from which the payment was made. To return the money, you must contact the specialist of the reservation department by phone +375 (17) 309-80-00 and explain the reason for the return in a motivated manner.
